QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
In 2010, a decision was made to develop and implement a quality management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001. In 2011, the company successfully confirmed the declared level of compliance with the requirements of international standards, which was acknowledged by the POCC RU.IS13.K00350 certificate in relation to design, development, production and supply of high temperature resistant materials: substrates, gaskets, compounds, electrical insulating materials, mica tapes, flexible composite materials, sealants, polyimide films, polyimide-fluoroplastic films, industrial tags and labels, varnishes, enamels, primers and paints.
The company’s specialists constantly work to emphasize the importance of maintaining and improving product quality, to improve working conditions and increase the level of automation of technological processes, interact with consumers in order to meet the growing demand for our products.
LABORATORY
An independent testing laboratory was created at the production facility.
The laboratory performs the following functions:
- incoming quality control of raw materials and semi-finished products supplied to the production facility;
- acceptance, periodic and standard testing of manufactured products;
- research and development of new promising materials.
The laboratory has successfully passed the certification and received a certificate confirming the ability to perform measurements in the respective field of activity.
In order to carry out the assigned work, the laboratory has all the required certified testing equipment and verified measuring instruments, a collection of regulatory and technical documentation, including national and international industry standards, technical specifications, test methods, qualified personnel.
